I had a fantastic stay! The LED mirrors in the room were absolutely breathtaking and added a modern touch. The staff were lovely and the location near I-45 made it super easy to get to Galveston. The Quadruple Room Non-Smoking was spacious and perfect for our family!

I really enjoyed the large size of the Quadruple Room Non-Smoking. The room had plenty of space, which was great for relaxing after a long day. However, I faced some pretty big issues. There was mold growing on the walls and furniture, and the smell was overwhelming. The cleanliness of the room needed significant improvement. there was trash between the mattress and headboards, and the fridge contained leftover food from previous guests. Not having enough towels, soap, or toilet paper made my stay uncomfortable. It took a while to get assistance from staff, and when I finally did, the service felt lacking, with one staff member distracted on their phone. Despite the spacious room and decent location, I won't be returning unless these issues are fixed.

My overall experience was marred by the filthy condition of the room. There were significant cleanliness issues, including mold on the walls and food remnants left in the fridge from previous occupants. Additionally, the bathroom situation was appalling, with stains in the tub and a shower head that was not properly attached, making it impossible to use comfortably.

The check-in process was chaotic, and the

staff seemed overwhelmed. After a long wait, I finally got to my room, which was reasonably sized but lacked basic amenities. I appreciated the cleanliness, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired.

This was just a perfect match for a short staycation in Texas City with decent value for money. The TV had a lot of channels which made it nice to wind down after a long day. Bring your own snacks since the vending machine didn't work.

The clean towels and reasonable hot water availability were much appreciated, making for a pleasant shower experience after a long day.
